Lupo Holistics is preparing to welcome clients. Appointment lengths, prices, the treatment location and a booking contact will be published here before bookings open.

In the meantime, explore the approach that interests you:

• Holistic Massage: time to unwind, with a session shaped around your comfort.
• Deep Tissue Massage: focused attention to everyday muscular tension.
• Back, Neck and Shoulders: a session centred on these areas.

Your first appointment will include time to discuss your goals and whether massage is suitable for you. Please do not send medical details by ordinary email; relevant health information can be discussed through the agreed consultation process.

Before your appointment

• Wear comfortable clothing and try to avoid a heavy meal or alcohol in the hour or two before your session.
• Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle.
• If you feel unwell, have a fever or infection, or have had a recent injury or surgery, please get in touch and we can rearrange.
